Return and Refund Policy

At Home Health Relief, we take pride in providing reliable, compassionate care and professional service. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience.

1. Home Care Services

  • Cancellations:
    Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
     
  • Late Cancellations:
    If you cancel less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost may apply.
     
  • No-Shows:
    If the caregiver arrives and the client is unavailable or declines service without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
     
  • Service Concerns:
    If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your situation and do our best to resolve it — either by providing a partial refund or scheduling a make-up session, depending on the circumstances.
     

2. Virtual Services

  • Rescheduling:
    Virtual sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment at no cost.
     
  • Technical Issues:
    If a session cannot take place due to technical problems on our end, you will receive a full credit or reschedule option.
     
  • Missed Sessions:
    If a client misses a scheduled virtual session without notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.
     

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, or Online Materials)

All digital product sales are final, since they are instantly delivered and non-returnable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us at homehealthrelief@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
